Discuss your projectSeparate server and liquid-cooling requirements
For a chassis, identify rack interfaces, removable trays, card clearance and cable routing. For a CDU housing, define pipe pass-throughs, service access and equipment mounting points. Pumps, cold plates, coolant circuits and thermal validation are outside this structural scope.
Review the assembled fit
Mark rail datums, mating panels, captive hardware and areas affected by coating build-up. Provide the intended equipment loads for engineering review; a visual concept is not a load-rating specification.
Create a comparable RFQ
Send a bill of materials, drawing revisions, sample and batch quantities, finishing requirements and inspection points. Separate optional mechanical assembly from loose-part supply so quotations cover the same deliverables.
Start a drawing-based review
Share the application, quantity and known requirements. An unfinished drawing can start a discussion. Materials, process, inspection and delivery require project-specific agreement.
