This website is operated by Hangzhou Beili Electromechanical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. We manufacture drawing-based sheet metal components, enclosures and assemblies for industrial customers.
Information and purpose
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact details, company information, application, quantity, material, destination, project description and files you choose to provide. We use these to evaluate requirements, prepare quotations and communicate about the project. The form entry page and technical request information help us operate the service and prevent misuse.
Engineering files and confidentiality
Project files are used to evaluate and support the inquiry for which they were provided. Contact us before uploading confidential files if you need a non-disclosure agreement or special handling arrangements.
Storage, sharing and retention
Inquiry information and attachments are delivered to our existing business email system and used by staff involved in quotation and project support. We do not sell submitted personal information. Infrastructure and email providers support delivery. Business correspondence is retained as reasonably needed for quotations, follow-up and applicable record-keeping obligations. The website keeps short-lived hashed submission records for retry and duplicate protection, without storing project text in those records.
Optional campaign attribution
If you opt in on the form, allowlisted campaign codes are saved in session storage and included with your inquiry. Unchecking clears the session preference. Raw search terms and complete referring URLs are not included. Attribution is optional and is separate from analytics consent.
Optional website analytics
With your consent, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand clicks, scrolling and site navigation. It does not load when you reject analytics. You can change this choice using Privacy settings in the footer; withdrawal reloads the page to stop the loaded analytics script. Inquiry forms remain available without analytics.
