Quote each part clearly
Send the part number, drawing revision, quantity, material and thickness. Mark threads, formed features, welded joints and purchased hardware rather than leaving them to visual interpretation.
Choose the process around the geometry
Laser cutting, punching, bending, joining and finishing are selected during manufacturing review. Do not assume every part follows the same sequence or that all drawing features can use a single tooling setup.
Plan inspection and identification
Highlight mating dimensions and agree how parts are labelled, protected and counted. Separate cosmetic requirements from dimensions that control assembly, and identify the revision used for sample approval.
Start a drawing-based review
Share the application, quantity and known requirements. An unfinished drawing can start a discussion. Materials, process, inspection and delivery require project-specific agreement.
