Identify whether you need a bare housing, coated panels or a mechanical subassembly. List doors, brackets, mounting plates and purchased hardware separately. Electronics, controls and complete equipment are not assumed to be included.
Provide the overall envelope, material grade and thickness, mating parts, critical hole locations and tolerances. Include both a STEP model and a dimensioned drawing when available; identify the revision to quote.
Specify color reference, texture, visible faces, masking areas and printed artwork. Agree which dimensions and appearance characteristics need inspection. Outdoor performance and protection ratings require a defined design and validation scope, not an assumption based on coating alone.
Share the application, quantity and known requirements. An unfinished drawing can start a discussion. Materials, process, inspection and delivery require project-specific agreement.
