Drawing-based enclosure manufacturing

Filtration and dust-collection equipment uses fabricated panels, access covers and supporting structures around the filter layout. We review the sheet metal construction, connection flanges and maintenance openings to suit the specified application.

Parts we can review

  • Non-pressure filter and cleaning-equipment housings
  • Removable access panels and inspection covers
  • Folded hopper panels and rectangular connection flanges
  • Support legs, mounting plates and brackets

Key drawing inputs

  • Filter layout and access requirements
  • Operating pressure and load specification
  • Flange and opening dimensions
  • Material and corrosion exposure
  • Joint, seal and coating requirements
  • Inspection criteria and packaging

This offering covers non-pressure sheet metal structures. Filter media, fans, motors, pressure-vessel design, explosion protection and filtration performance are not represented by the housing illustration.

From sample review to batch production

The production route is agreed from the drawing: laser cutting or CNC punching, bending, joining, hardware insertion and finishing. Powder coating and silk-screen printing can be included where specified. Sample approval establishes the reference for dimensions, panel fit and appearance.

Share 2D drawings and a STEP model where available, together with quantity, material, finish and inspection requirements. Critical dimensions, cutouts and assembly interfaces should be identified before production.

Project questions

Does the housing include filters and air-handling equipment?

No. The scope is the specified sheet metal housing and support parts. The equipment designer selects the filters, fans, seals and operating requirements, including any special safety provisions.

Can you work from a 3D STEP file?

Yes. The inquiry form accepts STEP, STP, DWG, DXF, IGES, STL, PDF and ZIP files. Include a dimensioned drawing with tolerances, material and finish requirements for a complete review.

Can you supply powder-coated parts with hardware installed?

Fabrication, coating, printing, hardware insertion and packaging can be combined when specified in the agreed project scope.
