Robotics & Automation Enclosures

Sheet metal protective enclosures and control boxes for robotic systems, machine vision and automated inspection equipment.

Drawing-based enclosure manufacturing

Machine-vision and inspection systems need protective outer structures with planned viewing areas and maintenance access. We manufacture the sheet metal panels, bases, supports and control-box shells to the agreed design.

Parts we can review

  • Protective machine covers and access doors
  • Observation-window frames and panels
  • Base plates and internal brackets
  • Wall-mounted control-box shells

Key drawing inputs

  • Machine envelope and access zones
  • Door swing and viewing-panel dimensions
  • Base and wall mounting details
  • Hardware and cable-entry positions
  • Finish and panel fit requirements
  • Approved safety-related design interfaces

The illustration shows enclosure structures, not a complete robot cell. Safety interlocks, guarding distances, electrical integration and machine safety validation must be defined and verified by the responsible equipment integrator.

From sample review to batch production

The production route is agreed from the drawing: laser cutting or CNC punching, bending, joining, hardware insertion and finishing. Powder coating and silk-screen printing can be included where specified. Sample approval establishes the reference for dimensions, panel fit and appearance.

Share 2D drawings and a STEP model where available, together with quantity, material, finish and inspection requirements. Critical dimensions, cutouts and assembly interfaces should be identified before production.

Project questions

Can the control box be mounted separately from the machine cover?

Yes. Wall-mounted and machine-mounted arrangements can be reviewed from the project drawings. Mounting tabs, access clearance and cable-entry locations must match the installation.

Can you work from a 3D STEP file?

Yes. The inquiry form accepts STEP, STP, DWG, DXF, IGES, STL, PDF and ZIP files. Include a dimensioned drawing with tolerances, material and finish requirements for a complete review.

Can you supply powder-coated parts with hardware installed?

Fabrication, coating, printing, hardware insertion and packaging can be combined when specified in the agreed project scope.
