Provide the machine layout, maintenance access, door swing and observation-window opening. Mark installation datums and the interfaces that locate the enclosure on the equipment.

Confirm what is supplied

List outer panels, frames, internal brackets and control-box shells. Optical systems, motion stages, electronics and complete inspection equipment are outside this enclosure service.

State cleanliness and process requirements separately

Precision vacuum chambers, pressure-containing parts and semiconductor process modules are outside this illustrated scope. Cleanroom compatibility and special contamination-control requirements need explicit specifications and validation.
